GRP water tanks are the leading product in our company’s range. Tanks made of plastic are ideal for storing drinking water, rainwater or process water.
Tanks designed for the storage of drinking and industrial water are equipped as standard with:
* deluge spigot,
* drain spigot,
* vent spigot,
* manhole,
* transport handles.
Advantages and benefits
Type ZV cylindrical tanks consist of a cylinder and two bottoms. These bottoms can be made as ellipsoidal, flat or conical, depending on the investor’s needs. The shells and bottoms of cylindrical tanks are laminated using the contact method on rotary cores and negative molds and then assembled together with manholes and spigots into a monolithic whole.
Vertical tanks are made as standard in a sequence of internal diameters: 800, 1200, 1600, 2000, 2400, 2800, 3200 3700mm and larger. The length of the tank is arbitrary, limited practically only by transportability.

In addition to the standard equipment, we offer as a recommended option in industrial or drinking water tanks:
GRP/steel KO ladders (indoor and outdoor)
PUR foam insulation (for tanks exposed to sub-zero temperatures, effectively prevents water from freezing)
service platforms (allowing maintenance and operation of the working device
heating system on the basis of a heating cable with a supply cabinet (recommended especially in case of extreme temperatures or as an additional protection against freezing)
All Trokotex Polymer Group Sp. z o.o. tanks are subjected to detailed testing at the Testing Laboratory, which is recognized by the Office of Technical Inspection. In addition, the water tanks have a hygienic certificate of the PZH allowing contact with drinking water
liquid level indicators
